Really great head under water shots of the swan having a good gander and coming up disappointed.

Love the swan couple (necking appears to be out of the question for Mr Swan….).

Yes poor old Mr Swan, he’s obviously ruffled her feathers about something… maybe his eye’s lingered on another Swan a fraction of a second too long or he didn’t respond quick enough when she asked if her tail feathers made her bum look big! πŸ˜€

Quotes that speak to my soul…

"Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving.
What you have caught on film is captured forever...
it remembers little things,
long after you have forgotten everything." - Aaron Siskind

"You become things, you become an atmosphere, and if you become it, which means you incorporate it within you, you can also give it back. You can put this feeling into a picture. A painter can do it. And a musician can do it and I think a photographer can do that too and that I would call the dreaming with open eyes." - Ernst Haas

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by Dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
- Steve Jobs

β€œTo photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy.”
- Henri Cartier-Bresson

β€œFor me, the camera is a sketch book, an instrument of intuition and spontaneity.”
― Henri Cartier-Bresson

β€œAbove all, life for a photographer cannot be a matter of indifference”
― Robert Frank
